Individuals with an active Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP are eligible for COVID-19 Medicare Telehealth services. Our Psychologists can conduct video or phone consultations with Medicare rebates applied.
We observe the Victorian Health Service Guidance and Response to COVID-19 Risks (VHSGR) model to prevent the risk of COVID-19 transmission in the community. As restrictions ease in Victoria, please note that we remain open as an essential service and our practitioners continue to hold face-to-face appointments. Practitioners are using their discretion to determine whether they wish to conduct tele-health or face-to-face sessions.
