Attendance
Please arrive on time to maximise your time with your psychologist.

Payments are required at the time of appointment and can be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card) or cash. We are able to process your Medicare rebate on the spot which means you don’t have to go to a Medicare office or claim online yourself.

Cancellation Fees
If you can’t attend, please inform the clinic ASAP. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a fee.  You will receive an email a few days before your psychologist appointment and a follow up reminder text. We ask that you kindly please confirm your appointment via this text. It is your responsibility to manage your appointments.
